Funderar \u00e4nnu p\u00e5 vilket som \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att konservera \u00f6rterna f\u00f6r att kunna njuta av dem \u00e4ven andra tider p\u00e5 \u00e5ret. H\u00e4r introducerar vi br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslan \u2013 f\u00f6r en del ett br\u00e4nnande ogr\u00e4s och f\u00f6r andra en stor delikatess. Man kan l\u00e4tt k\u00e4nna igen br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslan p\u00e5 bladen och stammen med de sm\u00e5 br\u00e4nnh\u00e5ren. Br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslan kan blandas ihop med vitplister, som tur \u00e4r s\u00e5 \u00e4r inte vitplister giftig. Vitplister saknar br\u00e4nnh\u00e5r, s\u00e5 vill du med s\u00e4kerhet veta om det \u00e4r en br\u00e4nn\u00e4ssla du hittat, k\u00e4nn p\u00e5 bladen :-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det l\u00f6nar sig att plocka br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslor fr\u00e5n platser, som inte ligger n\u00e4ra v\u00e4gar eller \u00e5tminstone se till att det \u00e4r minst 50 m till n\u00e4rmaste bilv\u00e4g. Det l\u00f6nar sig ocks\u00e5 att kolla att platsen inte ligger precis vid ett promenadstr\u00e5k d\u00e4r hundar r\u00f6r sig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plocka br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslorna med tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdshandskar eller gummihandskar p\u00e5 h\u00e4nderna, f\u00f6r att undvika att bli br\u00e4nd. Klipp g\u00e4rna av n\u00e4sslorna med sax, f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla r\u00f6tterna i marken. P\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt h\u00e5lls br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslan liten, blir inte tr\u00e4ig i smaken och man kan hela sommaren anv\u00e4nda samma plats f\u00f6r att plocka br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra recept att anv\u00e4nda br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslan till. K\u00f6r blandningen i mixer eller med en stavmixer. Vispa \u00e4ggen med sockret. Blanda i 1 dl rapsolja g\u00e4rna med citronsmak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blanda de b\u00e5da mj\u00f6lsorterna med bakpulvret och r\u00f6r d\u00e4refter ner blandningen i \u00e4ggsmeten. Blanda i n\u00e4ssler\u00f6ran, men spara 2 tsk till glasyren. Gr\u00e4dda kakan i en smord form ca 20 cm x 30 cm i 175 grader i ca 25 min (kan beh\u00f6vas lite l\u00e4ngre tid beroende p\u00e5 ugn).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Till glasyren blandas margarin, naturell mj\u00f6lkfri f\u00e4rskost, florsocker och n\u00e4sselr\u00f6ra ihop. Bred p\u00e5 glasyren d\u00e5 kakan svalnat. St\u00e4ll kallt. Sk\u00e4r i rutor och njut!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Receptet \u00e4r modifierat till glutenfritt och mj\u00f6lkfritt av ett recept fr\u00e5n N\u00e4sselfrossa-facebooksidan)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Br\u00e4nn\u00e4sselchips<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 l blad av br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslan (l\u00e4tt packat)<br>2 msk oliviolja<br>salt<br>andra kryddor enligt smak t.ex. grillkrydda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00f6lj br\u00e4nn\u00e4sslorna. Bred ut bladen f\u00f6r att torka p\u00e5 t.ex. hush\u00e5llspapper. S\u00e4tt bladen i en sk\u00e5l med olivoljan och lite salt.
