Tidigare s\u00e5g jag den mer som ett jobbigt ogr\u00e4s, men i dag v\u00e4rdes\u00e4tter jag den mer. Den \u00e4r med sin lysande gula f\u00e4rg en perfekt matplats f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra pollinerare biet, humlan och de andra insekterna samt en h\u00e4lsosam v\u00e4xt \u00e4ven f\u00f6rr oss m\u00e4nniskor faktiskt.<\/p>\n<p>Man kan anv\u00e4nda blommans alla delar i k\u00f6ket. Maskrosen \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r matspj\u00e4lkningen. Bladen inneh\u00e5ller C-vitamin som \u00e4r viktiga f\u00f6r v\u00e5rt immunf\u00f6rsvar. Maskrosen \u00e4r rik p\u00e5 bl.a. vitaminer som A, B, C och D, kalium och zink. Man kan g\u00f6ra en hel del av maskrosen. H\u00e4r finns n\u00e5gra recepttips som vi funnit goda. Sl\u00e4ng de beska gr\u00f6na blomkorgarna. Sk\u00e4r den v\u00e4l rengjorda citronen i sm\u00e5bitar. L\u00e4gg citronbitarna och blombladen i en kastrull. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vattnet, v\u00e4rm sakta upp och l\u00e5t det sjuda i ca 20 minuter. Sila bort blomblad och citronbitar fr\u00e5n v\u00e4tskan. Blanda ner sockret. Koka upp och l\u00e5t det koka sakta tills konsistensen \u00e4r sirapliknande. L\u00e4ttast att se r\u00e4tt konsistens \u00e4r att ta med sked och klicka lite p\u00e5 ett fat d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Undvik att konsistensen blir f\u00f6r tjock. Vitl\u00f6ken ska ge smak \u00e5t n\u00f6tterna och knopparna vid stekning, men plockas bort f\u00f6re servering.<\/p>\n<p>Fr\u00e4s och rosta maskrosknopparna och n\u00f6tterna snabbt p\u00e5 h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme i samma stekpanna. Knopparna ska bli blanka och m\u00f6rkgr\u00f6na och n\u00f6tterna ska f\u00e5 f\u00e4rg.
